MASTERPIECE . Huge and enormous disk that provides the young Nick Forter with his debut album and several ep´s added after. It describes his style as "insect noise". Maybe this is a perfect description to define the intense buzz of a wasp nest or a swarm of pharaonic proportions. An extremely serious, static and enveloping buzz, that intoxicates you and around 4 sides. Absolutely minimal, low expresió, the minimum change, yet says so many things that one does not know where to begin to describe what he feels in his bones when you hear this great album. No doubt some, the perfect definition called "ambient noise wall". But I think I feel totally opposite than Nick Forter, because he compare his noise with very little things like insects or similars, and for me his album, this "Carrion" and in general all INVERTABIT sound production, is somethig big, huge and enormous. It reminds the noise of a true and terrible earthquake. Is basically HNW in essence but all things walk slowier like influenced by other musical styles more calm such as: drone, ambient or illbient. Very good work.
