I do not know completely if Ekaterina have religious beliefs or not, which is not relevant (I have nothing against religion, provided they respect people unbelievers) and I do not know if she is interested in topics astronomy or astrology . But this is her last album and is loaded of influences that are beyond the ambient, drone or ritual. I think here there are clearly conveys feelings that may remind you of some virgin, remote, pristine, uninhabited and almost mystical natural beauty. And considering she's russian , we can think of a picture or photo we've seen on the Taiga, Tundra or Steppe. For those who you like Nature (myself included) this album is superb to get the feeling of being in a natural environment of exceptional beauty, even if you're in the city, at home or even on the subway listening to your walkman. Absence of rhythm. Absence of melody. Absence of noise. Just the ritual of silence.
