Eli Gudnason is a veteran (almost 20 years) danish noise artist who has released just about a 100 recordings or more under different names but mostly under NxFxTxEx (Not For Trendy Ears). NxFxTxEx saw the light of day in 1998 and was influences by british anarcho-punk bands such as: CRASS, Oi Polloi, Icons of Filth, Poison Girls, Subhumans, Conflict, Amebix, etc. and the japanese old-school noise musicians like Merzbow or Masonna. Eli Gudnason was also behind 2 DIY labels called "Legion Sudan Records" and "Shit Music For Shit People Records". His music, artworks and way to run his label and recordings are according the basic DIY philosphy: no masters, no money... do it yourself. He has organized small noise shows in his country (Denmark) and nowadays run the Forum "Maersk Noise" (written in english). During these almost 20 years making noise, the NxFxTxEx has been almost the same, a kind of ultra-chaotic harsh noise which to remind words and concepts  like: anarchism, anti-authority, absolute disorder, etc. but also sense of humor, jokes and some young, naive and even childlike character which become the album almost unique in its genre. NxFxTxEx has published a lot of solo works, but also splits next to another projects such as:  Raven, Chefkirk, Fever Spoor, Filthy Turd, Animal Machine, RedSK, Apophallation and more. A very good balance between Music and Attitude.
