Debut album for IKER ORMAZABAL under his own name, basque project consists of him alone plus machines and materials, known to fans of free improvisation, "moderate" noise and manipulation of tapes and objects,  under the guise of lo-fi noise, and artistically still young IKER ORMAZABAL. His debut with a grim reference effect: the "sesiones acústicas" is in fact a method to make music with acoustic, organic or traditional instruments that came to hear very far from the electronic or industrial effects. The soundtrack for such debut could not be dark, evil and suffering, in practice a soundtrack for negative feelings and apocalyptic visions. Atmospheres day-after, a bit of light, a bit of hope, I think this is not a pessimistic funeral dark ambient at all....  IKER ORMAZABAL's atmospheres sound like they are from another planet on "Usura" the low level sound of this track follows through well and continues on a similar level with "Calambres". Their track "Biodegradante" is a strong piece of low level noise / ambient Function is a wide range of approaches represented in the noise / experimental underground, the album moves along smoothly in its wide range of sounds. The artist all provide strong tracks and they all play off each other well. This is a strong work in CD case; it sets a high standard for future volumes. I think it left still very few physical copies, so If anyone want to buy this release have to go  HERE  .
