CLC / NOISE is Olivier Moreau and , great noise fanatics since 2005 under name "Clitoris Less Cunt", which they recorded seventeen albums some of them splits next to Ecoute La Merde, Tjere or Zebra Mu. Somewhere in time the duet decided to change the name for just CLC or CLC / NOISE. Nowadays the band has put all its discography avaible totally free in Bandcamp. Musically CLC make pure, synthetic and electronic harsh noise, full of changes of intensity, sound, volume and really fast. Apart harsh noise this duet use also human distorted / modulated voices and sometimes a kind of electronic drums or rhythmic section which can to remind a bit to breakcore, digital hardcore or techno noise. These styles are not a well known or followed genre, but still not bad all. But this is just an small part because the rest of the recording we can to describe is as a harsh noise no doubt. Heavily distorted harsh noise from CLC, as you might expect, this duet makes for a jarring listen, but it’s also a showcase for the divergent talents of these two differing visions to make harsh noise. Dynamic, fast and light, naughty and nice, sun and moon, sour and sweet-pick your favorite pair of opposing superlatives and this experiment in duality will fit the bill.
